Google designers get the unique chance to design incredible products that touch the lives of billions and billions of people across the planet—but the role of actually being a designer at Google, making beautiful things that get turned into products, that’s a different story. It’s a story that’s evolved and changed significantly over the past decade: Meet 4 UXers who are helping redefine Google’s design culture by rethinking how creative teams can work, how research can measure emotional resonance, and how incredible writing and content can enrich amazing design experiences.
Hosted at Google’s San Francisco office, our event will start off with our four speakers and conclude with a Q and A; we’ll then open a happy hour (snacks and drinks) where SF Design Week guests can meet and chat with designers, researchers, and engineers from around Google.
The evening’s speakers will include Bobby Nath and Maggie Stanphill, UX Directors; Christopher Morabito, Design Manager; Brenda Chen, UX Researcher; hosted by Brad J. Aldridge, Visual Designer.
100% of ticket proceeds benefit SF Design Week and AIGA.
