Welcome to the IBM Cloud Garage, where we have refined our own method of Design Thinking to scope business opportunities and execute our practices through the innovation journey! Any business, no matter the size, has to solve problems for clients or within their own organizations. Our set of lean and agile tools can help you identify which innovations are worth investing in, and how to bring them quickly to market.
In this session, we’ll cover…
– Interactive workshop activities to weigh the risks and feasibility of various ideas
– How we apply design thinking to one of our many areas of expertise, including Blockchain, Conversational UI, and Watson/Cognitive
– A look into our innovation journey including how our designers scale enterprise problems with our developers and architects
– A tour of our space in the Galvanize building!
We’ll host a fun and relaxed evening with hands-on activities, casual conversation, and (yes) plenty of sticky notes and sharpies, as you learn some new practices and we get to know the SF design community! Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the evening!
